 Stillwaters Retreats (no retreats are currently scheduled)

A retreat serves the mind, body and spirit by allowing time to find a greater sense of inner peace. Our retreats offer an escape from our often busy and hectic daily lives.  We focus on positive personal change, increased self-awareness, relaxation techniques, enhanced life coping skills and mind body spirit wellness. Stillwaters services are offered free of charge and without obligation.
