Stillwaters’ Support Groups are led by a professional counselor and provide a regular, drop-in format to share experiences and learn from others. Participants share experiences with others while learning mindfulness techniques in order to expand one’s ability to live more fully in the moment, even in the face of cancer.

Young Women and Cancer
This group is designed to meet the needs of busy women who are juggling family, work, a cancer diagnosis, treatment or post-treatment issues. The group helps you find balance and cope with emotional stress by sharing your experiences with others. Discussion is guided by a professional counselor.

Provides support for men and their partners who are coping with prostate cancer.
1st Tuesday of each month

Making Sense of Life After Cancer
This professionally-facilitated group focuses on helping post-treatment cancer patients answer the often asked “now what?” A variety of educational and survivorship topics will help you navigate issues like the long-term physical and emotional impact of treatment, returning to work, fear of recurrence and finding balance in one’s life.
2nd Monday of odd months
(January 14, March 11, May 13, July 8, September 9 & November 11)

Wellness Support Group
This professionally-facilitated support group provides a safe environment to discuss and explore concerns and emotions of living with a cancer diagnosis. Group members have the opportunity to discuss issues related to their cancer journey as well as ways to live more fully. The group is open to cancer survivors of all diagnoses at any point in time – newly diagnosed, in treatment, post treatment or living with a recurrence. Family members are also welcome.
1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month
