Support Groups

Stillwaters Support Groups are led by a professional counselor and provide a regular, drop-in format to share experiences and learn from others. Participants share experiences with others while learning mindfulness techniques in order to expand one’s ability to live more fully in the moment, even in the face of cancer.

This support group is designed to fit the busy needs of young women who want to connect with other young women who have experienced cancer. Conversation topics will be led by a professional counselor. Group participation is encouraged.
